College and Careers

            “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

 Welcome to CFC College and Careers! We gather every Sunday morning between 9:30 and 10:30 during the school year. We begin each Sunday with a time of sharing and prayer before we dive in to God’s word. Our mission is to train up the next generation of Spiritual leaders, and the best way to do this is to study scripture. We hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit, to grow in wisdom and knowledge, and learn how we can apply these Christian values to our lives today. Jesus promises us that he has made everything known to us that he has learned from his father, God.

            We have recently finished a study on John chapter 15 learning what it means to be a branch, connected to the true vine, Jesus. In order to build a solid foundation, it is important that we remain in Christ in all we do. If we remain in Christ, and he in us, we will bear good fruit!

            We are now beginning a series studying the Fruit of the Spirit! “But the Fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.” Starting with love, we are going to intently study each of the qualities listed, and learn how we should apply them to our lives.
